The name speaks for itself — transfer files via Ad hoc from one PSP to another: one-to-one or one-to-many (up to 6 PSPs).
The coolest part — if the receiving PSP doesn’t have Minerva’s homebrew installed, you can transfer said tool using Sony’s official game sharing.

Yeah i used this program quite a bit.
A nifty little trick i learned is this:
If your buddy’s CFW psp doesn’t have the program, just insert your MS into their machine, and boot up ADHOC File Transfer.
Once it’s loaded, put their memory stick back in, then put your memory stick back into your PSP, load it up, and then you can send them adhoc file transfer to their memory stick.
I Found this was a good way to get the program on people’s psp at work without using a computer to get the program on it. Once they have the program, it’s sharing galore!
