The name speaks for itself — transfer files via Ad hoc from one PSP to another: one-to-one or one-to-many (up to 6 PSPs).
The coolest part — if the receiving PSP doesn’t have Minerva’s homebrew installed, you can transfer said tool using Sony’s official game sharing.

Sony has just released the latest Firmware update for the Playstation Portable 3.95.
Basically, the update only adds some new feautures to ths PSP’s playing PlaystationOne titles Capabilities. The 3.95 update adds, Quitting remote play capabilities and Assigning Buttons when playing PSOne titles with your PSP.
